Stakeholder Community Manager (Hybrid Working from the EEA, UK, or Canada)

We are looking for a Community Manager who will be responsible for growing, nurturing, and maintaining an engaged stakeholder Community. Collaborating closely with the marketing team you will contribute to the stakeholder Community strategy, supporting research projects and helping engage members of our Community via thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions to drive the growth of our stakeholder Community (we would like to double the size of our database from 10,000 people to 20,000 in the coming years)
  • Coordination of on boarding a stakeholder through the entire Community member lifecycle
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on Community Panel performance, participation, and compliance
  • Cleaning, consolidating, and monitoring the community database through our different channels
  • Ensuring relevant quality processes and methodologies are followed
  • Continual improvement of Community Panel and stakeholder recruitment processes
  • Ideating new ways to drive engagement and interaction within the Community
  • Staying up-to-speed on industry best practices for stakeholder Community engagement and management
  • Representing our brand and values with authenticity and integrity in every interaction

About You

We are looking for a team member with a solid grounding in stakeholder Community management and engagement. You proactively identify solutions to drive Community growth which meets the current and future needs of our business. You have the drive and enthusiasm to develop new ideas and execute them.

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience as a research community manager
  • Experience of stakeholder identification, sampling, and research community outreach and recruitment
  • Proven record of creativity and innovation in the social media space
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Database management experience, including cleaning, consolidating, and monitoring the Community
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and database and panel software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • A working knowledge of data privacy, information security and compliance to the GDPR within a community environment
  • A proactive team player but able to think and work independently
