As a part of its Transatlantic Network 2020 initiative aimed at building effective networks between individuals across the Atlantic, the British Council commissioned GlobeScan to conduct a poll of European countries, the United States and Canada with the goal of understanding how Europeans and North Americans see each other, and how these perceptions influence levels of enthusiasm for transatlantic cooperation.
