Routes to Transformation

A collaborative research and engagement program from GlobeScan, ERM and Volans designed to help revitalize the sustainability agenda.

We develop insights, strategies, and action plans that equip decision-makers with the confidence to lead a sustainable and equitable future.

About the Program

Routes to Transformation is a collaborative initiative from GlobeScan, ERM, and Volans that explores the future of sustainability leadership and transformation in a rapidly changing world. Building on the findings of Sustainability at a Crossroads 2026, the program brings together sustainability leaders, practitioners, and partner organizations to examine emerging challenges, identify promising responses, and help shape the next chapter of the sustainability agenda.

Through expert and public opinion research, convenings, thought leadership, and collaborative inquiry, Routes to Transformation creates space for business leaders, policymakers, innovators, and civil society to explore practical pathways for systemic change.
