Among those who work at large companies, employees who self-identify as ethnic/racial, religious, or LGBTQI+ minorities are much more likely to have felt excluded at work compared to the total population.

This is an important signal for businesses to pay more attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of ongoing efforts to build productive, engaged, and successful workforces – especially during these challenging times (Great Resignation, generational demands for purposeful business, etc.).
