Evolution at GlobeScan

TORONTO, 28 JUNE 2013 – GlobeScan, a 25-year leader in global polling and stakeholder intelligence, is announcing another key step in its evolution into the first “evidence and ideas” company – focused on evidence-based advisory and stakeholder engagement services to leadership organizations.
Along with its recent re-branding and enhancements to its service offerings, GlobeScan is today making a generational change in leadership with founder Doug Miller passing his CEO role to co-CEOs Chris Coulter and Christophe Guibeleguiet.
Doug Miller, continuing as Chairman of the company, said, “I believe that the greatest contribution to real progress that we in the Baby Boomer generation can now make is to step aside and let new leaders apply their fresh perspective, energy and skills. Fortunately, in GlobeScan’s case, we have two able leaders ready to take over. Chris and Christophe have both played key roles in our rebranding and in developing value-added services for clients. Today I am passing the reins of the company into their capable hands.”
Chris Coulter, until today President and now co-CEO said, “For the past year we have been delivering on our enhanced brand promise of “evidence and ideas. applied” with global clients – creating and facilitating unique on-line stakeholder collaboration forums, implementing enterprise-wide reputation management systems, and developing branded corporate sustainability and thought leadership initiatives. We’re on a mission to help our clients make a positive difference in the world.”
Christophe Guibeleguiet, until today Managing Director and now co-CEO said, “GlobeScan has always been an exciting place to be, in no small measure because of our strong culture of collaboration and innovation. We are now at a very exciting stage of our development and have great ambitions for the next 25 years. I’m pleased to co-lead a strong dynamic team doing amazing work for our clients.”
