We are looking for a talented, bilingual (French/English), freelance consultant to support our team in Paris. This is an immediate short term opportunity with potential for a longer term.

The role will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of projects under the direction of a Senior Consultant but will allow you to take the lead on smaller ad-hoc assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on Sustainability, Reputation and Purpose strategy, programming, and engagement
  • Supporting senior GlobeScan executives in the design and execution of:
    • Stakeholder intelligence projects (e.g., consumer and stakeholder quantitative, qualitative and desk research projects)
    • Strategy / advisory projects (e.g., strategy workshops, etc.)
    • Stakeholder engagement projects (e.g., stakeholder panels, forums, webinars, thought leadership)
  • Day-to-day work to include:
    • Drafting reports and presentations using visual storytelling, strong data analysis and interpretation / strategic recommendations
    • Supporting proposal writing and business development
    • Client servicing and supplier relationship management

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated relevant experience
  • Demonstrable interest in our focus areas and understanding of business and societal issues
  • Clear and concise written communications in English and French (fluent in both languages)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Strong client servicing skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience in a consulting environment (agency side) is a plus – be it on strategy, market research, or stakeholder engagement
  • Master’s degree in relevant subject(s)
  • A passion for sustainability and driving positive change in society
  • Can-do attitude and autonomy

 


Principales responsabilités

  • Conseiller les clients en matière d’études / consultations, stratégie, et engagement de parties prenantes sur des problématiques de développement durable, réputation et raison d’être d’entreprise (purpose)
  • Soutenir les consultants seniors de GlobeScan dans la conception et l’exécution de:
    • Projets d’études par ex. études quantitatives et qualitatives auprès de consommateurs et parties prenantes; revues documentaires)
    • Projets de stratégie / de conseil (par ex. organisation d’ateliers / workshops, etc.)
    • Projets de consultation de parties prenantes (par ex. tables rondes d’experts, forums, webinaires, thought leadership)
  • Le travail quotidien prévoit:
    • La rédaction de rapports et de présentations en utilisant des supports visuels, l’analyse de données statistiques et le développement de recommandations stratégiques
    • Contribuer à la rédaction de propositions commerciales et à la prospection
    • Gestion client et coordination avec fournisseurs

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) doit:

  • Disposer de 3–5 ans d’expérience dans ce secteur
  • Faire preuve d’un intérêt manifeste pour nos domaines d’intervention et d’une compréhension des enjeux sociétaux auxquels font face les entreprises, ONG, etc. aujourd’hui
  • Communiquer de façon claire et concise en anglais et en français (parlant couramment les deux langues)

We are looking for a talented individual to join our San Francisco office in a junior analyst role. The selected candidate will directly support meaningful, values-driven projects that have a demonstrable impact on influencing positive changes in business and society. Our primary objective is to find a self-motivated, purpose-driven individual who will work well in our small San Francisco office and also with our broader team across 5 other global offices.

This role will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of projects under the direction of senior executives, but will allow you to take the lead on smaller ad-hoc assignments.
