Skills and Experience

Essential

  • 5+ years international field logistics management experience
  • Experience with stakeholder research and B2B panels
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement
  • A strong understanding of research methodologies and techniques
  • Familiarity with GDPR (data privacy and data protection regulations)
  • Exceptional communications skills, including tactful negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Line management experience

Desirable

  • A Master’s degree
  • A social research background is a definite plus
  • Fluency in at least one foreign language would be an advantage

We are looking for an intern to join our busy London team. Our projects are varied, interesting and impactful. An internship with GlobeScan presents the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of activities. Tasks will vary, ranging from supporting on client reports, briefings and presentations, desk research and interpretation of quant and qual data, to assisting with stakeholder mapping and database management.

We are looking for a Senior Research Executive/Project Manager to join our busy London team. Our projects are varied, interesting and impactful. This role presents the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, boutique research consultancy applying your research skills and knowledge to support our work with top global brands, impacting their strategy, communications and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing research projects with senior oversight
  • Supporting the Project Team in the overall design and execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects
  • Working on several projects at the same time typically for different clients on different topics
  • Data analysis and interpretation
  • Drafting reports and presentations, using visual storytelling
  • Supporting in proposal writing

Skills and Experience


Essential

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a market research / insights and strategy environment (agency side)
  • Experience of different research methodologies and approaches that can be used and tailored to meet clients objectives
  • Strong quant research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and experience in manipulating large data sets
  • Strong communication skills gained through proven client-facing experience
  • Comfortable interacting with clients on a daily basis, by email, telephone and face-to-face, and interest in developing further in that area to progress towards consulting and advisory type of client services
  • Exceptional organisational skills, tenacious attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy & quality
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate complex data in simple yet impactful findings to non-expert audience
  • An enthusiastic and proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills, but able to think creatively and work independently
  • Clear and concise written communications; used to business communications

Desirable

  • Master’s degree in relevant subject(s)
