Karl is a purpose-driven professional with over a decade of experience advancing sustainability and social impact across Asia. As Director at GlobeScan Singapore, he brings a unique blend of ESG expertise, behavioral science, and cross-sector advisory experience to help clients navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful change. Prior to joining GlobeScan, Karl led the Impact & Strategy practice at an award-winning social enterprise and held managerial roles at a leading philanthropic foundation and a global consulting firm.
He holds an MSc in Economic Psychology from the London School of Economics and is pursuing a second MSc in Organizational Psychology. Karl is a Certified Management Consultant and Registered Behavioural Scientist, fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
