Lara Rath is a Senior Advisor at GlobeScan, based in Singapore, with over 20 years of experience across sustainable development, finance, and policy. She supports organisations in navigating complex sustainability challenges and aligning their strategies with evolving ESG and SDG priorities.
Lara has worked extensively across Asia with corporates, governments, and civil society organisations to design and deliver sustainability strategies, stakeholder engagement processes, and SDG‑aligned initiatives. Prior to joining GlobeScan, she co‑founded and led Secondsguru and held senior roles at HSBC and UBS in Hong Kong and Singapore, where she focused on ESG strategy and sustainable investment.
Lara holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, along with executive certifications in sustainability and sustainable finance.
