He also brings extensive professional experience in the fast-changing internet industry, with expertise in evidence-based analysis and a deep understanding of both financial and non-financial domains. Minoru gained international business experience as an International Senior Analyst in the United States and, in investor relations, enhanced corporate value through dialogue with global investors. He holds an International MBA in Japan and has completed credits in statistics at a U.S. university. He is passionate about helping organizations align with purpose and build trust through transparent, forward-looking communication.
