The Inter-American Development Bank implemented the External Feedback System (EFS) with the goal of capturing the perception of its diverse partners throughout government, civil society, and the public and private sectors about the Bank’s products and services. The EFS has provided valuable insights that allow IDB to make informed strategic decisions about the Bank’s future, as well as shape their day-to-day business practices and improve their products and processes.
The IDB supports efforts by Latin America and the Caribbean countries to reduce poverty and inequality. They aim to bring about development in a sustainable, climate-friendly way.
