How Can Transparency Help Deliver the SDGs

How Can Transparency Help Deliver the SDGs - GlobeScan, GRI, Enel

What are the opportunities for businesses, investors and partners?

The UN Sustainable Development Goals (the SDGs) are ambitious and will take huge collaborative and international effort to achieve. Government action alone is not enough. So, how can the private sector actively contribute and what can be done to ramp up the participation of businesses around the world?
Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the sustainability reporting standard setter, has joined forces with global power company Enel to research how business reporting can help deliver the 2030 Agenda. The project will look at how to strengthen the role of transparency and reporting in driving concrete change – in terms of new business models and partnerships.
Join our open discussion forum to be part of the conversation.

  • What’s the role of reporting in delivering the 2030 Agenda?
  • What are the challenges and successes of reporting?
