Crystal is involved in the technical and data quality aspects of GlobeScan’s primary research, including sampling and modeling. She uses various multivariate analysis to unlock data for insightful interpretation. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Crystal joined GlobeScan in 2011, having previously held senior research positions at TNS China, where she led on large scale market research and data mining projects with complicated design and advanced statistical analysis.
Based in the Toronto office, Alanna joined GlobeScan in 2021. Prior to joining GlobeScan, Alanna was the Consumer Insights Coordinator at Cineplex Entertainment working on brand and reputation research.
