Caroline leads GlobeScan’s team in Europe, working with some of the world’s most influential brands. She has more than two decades of experience in stakeholder and consumer consultations, covering topics relating to reputation, sustainability and purpose. She regularly briefs organisations on business and society trends and implications. Caroline specialises in helping organisations develop and implement effective stakeholder and consumer engagement strategies and pioneered GlobeScan’s very first online collaboration forum, in 2012, with Unilever.
Based in London, Caroline joined GlobeScan in 2007, having held senior consultancy and client-side roles in the financial services and healthcare industries. She is a member of the Management Team and leads GlobeScan’s strategic plan for achieving our purpose.
